The General Directorate of Labour Relations of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, as coordinator of the Rebrain Greece Initiative in collaboration with the Greek technology and innovation company Crowdpolicy, has completed the design of the digital platform connecting Greek Scientists living abroad with businesses in Greece.
Its purpose
The purpose of the Mechanism for the Interconnection of highly skilled executives with highly specialised positions is the connection of the two parts of the labour market, i.e. the valuable human capital and businesses in Greece.
How
The interconnection is achieved digitally, quickly and easily through the online publication of high-specialisation ESCO positions by businesses in Greece and the expression of interest by highly skilled executives for the specific jobs.
The digital interconnection and the use of artificial intelligence help boost the competitiveness and extroversion of companies in Greece.
In this way, intangible human capital of high speeds and cognitive power, which transfers know-how work experience, high management capacity, customer portfolios and a forward-looking culture and business mindset (growth mindset) from abroad, is integrated in the Greek ecosystem.
